I think the masseur stuffed up my right knee. It's troubled me all day and the St. John's volunteers have had to ice it and put Difflam on it at morning tea, and lunch. Thankfully, after then, it didn't hurt so much and I could finish out the day in only minor pain, even over the 10km climb from Bungonia to Lark Hill. The knee still twinges a bit but it's a rest day tomorrow which should sort it out.

We hit the Hume highway for a while today. The police and RTA blocked off the breakdown lane for us. We were supposed to ride in single file along this section, but there were some who continue every day to ride as a pack and piss of me, car drivers, and (I'm sure) the organisers). There were two who I called passing to, hoping that the outer rider would move over and let me passed. Instead, he waved me passed and I - not hearing any traffic - dashed past. Just as I had done so, a semi-trailer bowled past reasonably closely.
